Role Description
This is a rotational position or a full time position if willing to relocate to Oakdale, CA. HELIUS LLC. is seeking experienced Powerline Construction and Fire Pilots to join our team.
We operate a growing fleet of 5 helicopters including the Bell 407, MD 530F, and UH-1. We specialize in powerline construction, maintenance, patrol, and LiDAR mapping. Additionally, we support other agencies such as CalFire, USFS, etc.
HELIUS is looking for well qualified pilots with exceptional attention to detail, experience in the wire environment, VRLL, and a desire to grow with an outstanding company.

Pay is dependent on experience.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements
2,500 hours PIC (helicopter)
100 hours vertical reference
100 hours PIC in at least one of the following aircraft:
Bell 407
MD 500/530
Bell 205/UH-1
500 hours PIC turbine
Candidates with the following experience are preferred.
Human external cargo (HEC)
Experience on PG&E property
USFS and/or CalFire carding or previous carding a plus.
