Job Title: C# .NET Full Stack Developer (ASP.NET, Oracle PL/SQL, SOA, Healthcare - 7+ Years)

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualification:

• Proficient in using Microsoft Visual Studio to design, develop, and maintain applications in C#, ASP.NET, and Web API for multi-tier web deployment.
• Experienced in building and supporting web applications leveraging HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS.
• Skilled in Oracle database development, including schema design, PL/SQL programming, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, views, and table creation.
• Hands-on experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and application integration, including secure .NET web services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), SOAP/RESTful APIs, message and queue processing, dynamic link library management, and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) frameworks.
• Knowledgeable in source code management and CI/CD pipelines using Team Foundation Server (TFS) and GitLab.
• Collaborative experience working with UI/UX designers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Project Managers to define requirements, design solutions, and establish delivery timelines.
• Background in developing and maintaining applications handling Health Care data compliant with HIPAA regulations, including Protected Health Information (PHI), HL7, and FHIR standards.
• Experienced in implementing user provisioning, authentication, and authorization solutions using Okta, LDAP, RSA, and Access Manager.
