Job Description • Expertise with Salesforce Flow Builder for declarative development on the platform.
• Understanding of Salesforce User Security concepts such as profiles, permission sets, permission set groups, roles, sharing rules, and OWDs.
• A combination of strong technical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Balance between development work and engaging with stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Be comfortable having that 'difficult conversation' with a stakeholder or team member when required.
• Solid understanding of business practices with fundamental understanding of Scrum methodology.
• Ability to be a self-starter, largely independent with the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Product Owner on requirements and designs as needed / for final approval.
• Experience with duplicate management, data cleanup tools and methodologies.
• Proactive in maintaining the health of Salesforce environments and knows how to stay ahead of releases and adhere to best practices.
• Bonus, if exposure to other platform capabilities such as DevOps, Apex, or LWC's but not required!
Who You Are: As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team: - Minimum 3 years prior experience required
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Salesforce Administrator certification required
