We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to work with our clients to deliver exceptional projects. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. You will provide project management of internal resources to ensure project delivery. You have a deep understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, exceptional organizational skills, and a relentless commitment to client satisfaction. You will report a Managing Partner. This role is open to applications from and candidate in the United States and must be able to work Eastern time zone hours. This role is for 4 months with a 40 hour a week expectation for hours. They could vary from week to week. Responsibilities Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Work with team leads to proactively plan and manage resourcing Financial Oversight: Manage account budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization while maintaining profitability. > Requirements Bachelor's degree in communications, business, project management or a related field plus 4-8 years of experience in project management at a pharmaceuticals marketing agency Proven track record of building and managing client relationships, delivering successful marketing solutions in the pharmaceutical industry in scope, on time and on budget. Strong understanding of medical, legal and regulatory compliance and MLR submission and approval process in the United States Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
