Job Description

We are on a mission to empower individuals to reach their full potential. Our innovative products help people gain deeper insights into their daily readiness, activity levels, and sleep quality through connected technology. With over a million users, we are committed to providing actionable insights that inspire healthier lifestyles.

We believe in fostering a work environment that reflects our mission. As a fast-growing company dedicated to enhancing well-being, we ensure our team members have the resources they need to thrive—both professionally and personally.

### About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Cart & Checkout to join our U.S. team. In this role, you will be the product owner of our eCommerce checkout experience, optimizing and improving this critical flow. This position requires expertise in payment service providers (PSPs), payment methods, and fraud mitigation strategies. The ideal candidate will have global experience and be proficient in both frontend and backend aspects—evaluating API integrations while crafting seamless user experiences.

This role is remote-friendly, with optional offices in San Francisco and San Diego for those who prefer hybrid or in-office work. Employees in other major cities, such as Boston and New York, occasionally gather informally at co-working spaces.

### Responsibilities
- Define and drive a product roadmap focused on conversion-enhancing features and integrations, including evaluating new PSPs, adding global payment methods, and optimizing site experiences through A/B testing.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to execute roadmap projects on time and within budget.
- Serve as a product lead for a development squad, running scrum milestone meetings and ensuring clear communication.
- Partner with developers to actively manage fraud prevention and chargeback rates, balancing technical excellence with feature delivery.
- Establish key metrics and analytics to measure product success and ensure visibility into customer and business impact.
- Work cross-functionally to deliver integrated product features across multiple teams.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence, ensuring a positive and engaging work environment.

### What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience as a product manager in an international eCommerce environment.
- A passion for solving complex and ambiguous challenges with simple and innovative solutions.
- A strong focus on delivering best-in-class user experiences.
- Experience working with global teams and distributed workforces.

### Benefits & Perks
We care about the well-being of our team and offer a range of benefits, including:
- Competitive salary and equity packages
- Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, and mental health resources)
- Company product perks (employees receive a device and discounts for family & friends)
- Generous paid time off (20 days PTO, 13 holidays, plus 8 wellness days)
- Paid sick leave and parental leave
- Remote and flexible work options

### Compensation
Our salary approach is market-based and varies by location. Compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market conditions. The estimated salary ranges are:
- Region 1: $162,000 - $203,000
- Region 2: $150,000 - $187,000
- Region 3: $139,000 - $174,000

A recruiter will provide further details on compensation tiers based on your location.

### Additional Information
We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, gender, age, disability, or any other legally protected status.

#### Beware of Recruiting Scams
We've been made aware of fraudulent job postings and impersonations. Please note:
- Our official job listings are only available on our careers page and trusted job boards.
- We never request personal information like IDs or payment for equipment upfront.
- Official job offers are sent via Docusign after a verbal offer.

If you are passionate about building seamless eCommerce experiences and want to be part of a team that values health, innovation, and user experience, we'd love to hear from you!
