Senior Patient Care Coordinator – Pulmonology at Swedish First Hill - Pulmonology

Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift

Location: Seattle, Washington

Job description:

Senior Patient Care Coordinators are responsible and accountable for the coordination of information and support needed for the flow of patients at our clinics. As a patient-facing caregiver, you’ll provide customer service, helping patients through processes like check-in, registration, billing/financial aide and insurance. Senior Patient Care Coordinators work in conjunction with our clinical teams to assist with scheduling, clinic operations and more.

Required qualifications:

  • 2 years Experience in healthcare setting with increased responsibilities or 1 year experience in Patient Care Coordinator type role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.

Pay Range: $27.31 - $41.78

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
