Key Responsibilities Oversee long-term electric drive systems motor controller projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget. Manage control accounts, plan, estimate, and schedule engineering work. Track earned value, manage resources, and report project performance metrics. Present monthly reviews and report challenges to leadership. Coordinate resource requests for electrical design and systems engineering. Utilize project management tools like Microsoft Project and create status reports with PowerPoint. Apply engineering concepts such as IMS, CAM, Earned Value Management, and cost estimation. Note: Due to U.S. export control laws, candidates must be U.S. persons or able to obtain export authorization. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in a technical field (STEM). 7+ years in project or systems engineering. Experience in project planning, scheduling, and budget control. Preferred Qualifications Experience with root cause analysis, aerospace standards (e.g., DO-178B, DO-160), and systems integration.
