Location: The Caramel Tree – Ammon | 2289 E 17th St.

Job Type: Part-Time (Daytime – 2–3 days per week, with flexibility to work additional shifts during peak times)

Job Summary

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the friendly face of The Caramel Tree, greeting every customer with a smile and sharing our unique story. You will focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience, assisting with product selections, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. This role is ideal for someone who loves people, is naturally enthusiastic, and is passionate about quality and community. While your primary schedule is 2–3 daytime shifts per week, you should be willing to work additional hours during peak times and be flexible to fill in other shifts when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries.
• Share the story behind our handcrafted caramels in a genuine and exciting way.

Sales Support

• Provide product recommendations and help customers discover new favorites.
• Facilitate product sampling and naturally encourage add-on sales.

Store Maintenance

• Ensure the store is tidy, well-organized, and visually appealing.
• Restock shelves and maintain product displays.

Transaction Handling

• Operate the cash register accurately, ensuring smooth and secure transactions.

Flexibility

• Work your scheduled daytime shifts (2–3 days per week) with the willingness to assist the manager during peak times or cover additional shifts as needed.
