Job Description

This successful 11 store take out Pizza Franchisee are seeking Restaurant Managers that are looking for real growth opportunities, which they offer for high performers. They have consistently opened 1-2 new stores annually since their inception. Besides growth, they off an attractive bonus structure, benefits, and a 401k + company match. Employees and Management do not work over 40 - 45 house per week.
This Franchisor has over 50 locations in Ohio.
QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 2 years Management experience with any QSR, Fast Casual, or Full Service Restaurant company or group.
Highly motivated, self-directed and results-oriented, with the proven ability to solve complex problems
Outstanding skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and staff development
Able to identify opportunity areas and create plans for action

SALARY RANGE & BENEFITS

$48,000-$50,000 + plus bonus
