We are seeking a resourceful, energetic, positive individual who can provide recruiting strategy, direction, and partnership for some of our most critical roles. The ideal candidate will have proven, high volume recruiting experience, Workday or other robust HRIS experience, and excellent organizational and customer service skills.

**POSITION SUMMARY**
This position manages the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and strategic planning for a variety of positions throughout LSA/SQL. Partners with Hiring Managers to develop a strategic recruitment plan. Utilizes resources to deliver innovative recruitment solutions. Assures a stellar applicant experience to initiate a long-term career with LSA/SQL and helps maintain strong retention in hiring areas. Tracks and manages the process following EEO parameters. Drives the hiring process and assures the best applicant is hired within the full lifecycle of recruitment. _Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards._
**CORE FUNCTIONS**
1. Manages strategic recruitment plans for hard-to-fill (HTF) and non hard-to-fill (NHTF) positions at numerous facilities throughout LSA/SQL. Initiates In-take dialogue with hiring managers to assure full understanding of all open positions, and writes screening questions that align with minimum qualifications.
2. Executes sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow. Develops appropriate sourcing solutions through effective, innovative and creative utilization of sourcing tools. Stays abreast of industry trends. Identifies and follows-up on leads, and screens candidates for qualifications. Builds/documents lead relationships and sells the company's opportunities in order to develop potential applicant/hires. Attends local, regional or national recruitment events (i.e., college recruiting, military transition programs, association conferences, career fairs, etc.).
3. Initiates consistent follow up with applicants based on their status. During all applicant contacts, the Recruiter validates qualifications. Conducts screening communication and job offer to initiate the hiring process. Manages a caseload of (HTF or NHTF) applicants according to the LSA/SQL Recruitment Service Agreement.
4. Provides outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients. Demonstrates recruitment expertise. Serves as an internal consultant for recruitment change. Continuously learns, creatively applies and promotes new recruitment approaches. Participates in workforce planning. Listens, assures a shared understanding of recruitment needs/issues and develops actions/plans to address. Assures expectations are articulated, understood, agreed on and documented (uses the LSA/SQL Recruitment Service Agreement). Establishes timelines for actions/deliverables, collaborates with HMs for completion/achievement according to the deadline or communicates/negotiates a new deadline. Continuously checks-in and assures that expectations are being met and results achieved. Identifies opportunities for learning and improving.
5. Follows LSA/SQL Roadmap by participating in Six Sigma and Lean projects. Participates on system-wide taskforces/project teams to develop innovative sourcing channels. Helps to promote and support company recognition of community and industry awards. Tracks caseload activity and participates in identifying opportunities and solutions for continuously improving the sourcing, recruitment and on-boarding processes.
6. Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Provides all customers of LSA/SQL with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our core and leader behaviors each and every day.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
+ 3 years of Human Resources experience OR 3 years of leadership experience that includes interviewing, screening & hiring.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn and apply other software solutions used in recruiting and applicant tracking.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Experience in the healthcare industry
+ Recruitment experience
+ Experience working with Taleo software
