Compass Pennsylvania, LLC is hiring a Real Estate Operations Coordinator to support a high-performing real estate team. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on ensuring every listing and transaction is handled with care and precision. As the Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of the team’s daily operations. From listing prep to closing coordination, you’ll make sure every document, detail, and deadline is managed properly. You’ll also play a key role in client care, helping provide a seamless experience from start to finish. Compensation: • Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 (commensurate with experience) • Bonuses: Summer & holiday performance-based bonuses • PTO: Paid time off for rest and recharge Responsibilities: • Prepare, organize, and launch listings — from contracts to photography to marketing logistics • Manage transaction paperwork, including agreements of sale, seller disclosures, and DocuSign processing • Track email communications and ensure no detail falls through the cracks • Oversee contract-to-close procedures and maintain systems using Compass tools • Support occasional property access and open homes (reliable transportation required) • Provide weekend operational coverage (one set day each week) • Collaborate with the team to anticipate needs and resolve issues quickly Qualifications: • Previous real estate experience in operations, administration, title, or as a licensed agent • Solid understanding of transaction workflows and real estate contracts • Tech confidence — quick to pick up new platforms (Compass tools a plus) • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail • Clear and professional communication, written and verbal • Dependability, accountability, and the ability to work independently • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to step in where needed • Local to Haverford or the nearby Main Line area with reliable transportation About Company: About Compass Pennsylvania, LLC With decades of experience in Pennsylvania real estate, the team is recognized for excellence in luxury property sales and client service.
