POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Property Inspector at Resort Properties of Angel Fire, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our vacation rental properties. Your strong attention to detail and proactive mindset will ensure that each property is in pristine condition, properly stocked, and ready to welcome our valued guests. With a focus on quality and a can-do attitude, you’ll be an essential part of our dedicated team, consistently delivering exceptional experiences for both homeowners and guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inspect properties with a provided checklist to maintain the excellent and consistent quality our homeowners and guests expect.
  • Visit vacation rental properties under our management daily, thoroughly checking each property to ensure everything is in tip-top shape, properly stocked, and ready to receive our next guests.
  • Act as the point person to handle any issues that may arise with a get-it-done attitude, including rolling up your sleeves and pitching in as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Problem Solver: RPAF's goal is to prevent fires from happening, but we can't anticipate everything! When something doesn't go according to plan, you will need to go into action and work to quickly resolve issues.
  • Do what it Takes: You will be part of a 'can do team'; a willingness to help when help is needed is essential!
  • Details Matter: As an extension of our homeowners, you will need to be able to troubleshoot issues that come up in the homes and either fix them (if minor) or make recommendations for larger issues. We don't expect you to be an expert, but a few handyman skills will come in handy.
  • Education: You don't need to have a degree for this role but you will need professional communication skills including writing and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Independence: Self-motivated and self-sufficient, while having the confidence to seek guidance and direction as needed.
  • Ability to learn: Our company's in-field applications via smartphone
  • Reliable Transportation: We reimburse for mileage. A 4WD/AWD necessary.
  • Willingness to undergo a simple background check.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Pay Range: $14 - $15 based on experience

Bonus:

Opportunity to earn a bonus following peak seasons, based on performance and overall contribution.
