Title: Projects & Energy Finance Of Counsel
Location : Hybrid -AZ, CA, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, MN, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, WA

Responsibilities:
- Focus on energy transition financing matters, including transactions involving renewable energy projects and companies.
- Advise on financing, M&A, tax equity, and renewable energy tax credit monetization.
- Work on internationally recognized energy transition matters and innovative financing deals in the sector.
- Draft and negotiate complex financing documents, agreements, and transactional materials.
- Provide strategic legal guidance on the financial aspects of energy transition projects.
Requirements:
- Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where applying.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in energy transition finance, with expertise in financing and M&A transactions.
- Proven experience in tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization matters.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects.
- Excellent attention to detail, business judgment, and organizational skills.
- Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
- Deliver high-quality, timely work products while meeting deadlines and expectations.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues, ensuring compliance with firm policies and practices.
- Manage competing priorities and ensure efficient completion of tasks.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school
