Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Contract Immigration Attorney with strong USCIS expertise to join our Contract Attorney Department. This is a remote, per-item role — you choose the assignments you take based on your availability. You will provide key services that support our Attorney Review Department and client hearing preparation team.
Key Responsibilities
Attorney Review : Review USCIS filings before mailing to ensure accuracy, completeness, and legal sufficiency
Client Consultations : Conduct immigration consultations and provide legal guidance
Hearing Preparation : Lead mock calls and prep sessions with clients before their hearings
Collaborate with our internal teams to maintain quality and consistency in client service
Requirements
Active U.S. law license in good standing
Proven USCIS experience, including preparing and reviewing filings
Strong attention to detail and legal writing skills
Professional, client-centered communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
