At Komatsu Mining in Charleroi, PA, you'll be part of a dedicated crew transporting mining equipment and parts, while benefitting from home time on weekends and competitive earnings. Highlights: Earn up to $100,000 annually Receive a $6,000 sign-on bonus Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, vacation, and personal days Team drivers are compensated for both mileage and downtime Reliable schedule with home time every weekend (Fri/Sat, Sat/Sun, or Sun/Mon) Only chaining or strapping of cargo is required—no loading or unloading necessary Drive 2023 Peterbilt trucks Team Dynamics: We welcome both established teams and new applicants who are willing to team up. We have a small crew of 11 drivers, ensuring a close-knit working environment. Routes are re-bid annually based on seniority, allowing new drivers to pair with other team members based on preference. Key Responsibilities: Ensure correct loading of shipments Properly secure tarps and bind gear case as required Drive in 8 to 10-hour shifts, alternating with your team member Present the delivery manifest to warehouse representatives upon arrival Promote our products and services at delivery points Qualifications: Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class A) Ability to pass ICC physical and drug tests every two years Must be able to pass random drug tests as required Minimum of two years of Over the Road experience preferred At Komatsu, we are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Workplace and Affirmative Action Employer.
