Description
Position Description: The Mobile Application Development Intern will assist the mobile development team in designing, building, testing, and deploying cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI. This role provides hands-on experience with real-world app development, publishing, and maintenance processes across Android and iOS platforms.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain mobile applications using .NET MAUI.
Assist in deploying applications to Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect.
Support the maintenance and updating of existing mobile apps in production.
Collaborate with the team to integrate REST APIs and handle data synchronization.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Document code changes and contribute to improving development workflows.
Stay updated with new trends, tools, and best practices in mobile app development.
Qualifications / Certifications
Basic to intermediate knowledge of C# and .NET programming.
Willingness to learn MAUI, XAML, and mobile UI/UX development.
Understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON is a plus.
Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
Ability to follow written or visual instructions in English.
Motivation to grow technically and professionally in mobile app development.
Special Requirements
Currently enrolled in either A.S., B.S., or M.S. program at an University
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
Must be action-oriented and have a proactive approach to solving issues
Sitting for long periods of time
Perform other duties as assigned
