About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director, Foundation Partnerships to join their team as a frontline fundraiser and strategic leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the company's revenue goals by fundraising from foundation prospects, building and managing a robust portfolio of opportunities and leading the development of partnership options and benefits. This role involves engaging with foundations with significant giving potential to form sustainable partnerships, as well as representing the company at key events. The Managing Director will also be expected to share fundraising best practices, support the team in improving their craft, and work with the Revenue Operations team to enhance the lead sourcing process. Applicants for the Managing Director, Foundation Partnerships position at the company should be prepared to serve as resident experts in foundation fundraising, with a focus on education. The role requires a candidate who can collaborate with internal teams to unlock data and identify insights that support the company's mission. The ideal candidate will be a core contributor to the team, manage and develop direct reports, and actively support the organization's efforts to address racial inequity in education.
