Performs a variety of laboratory and research related tasks. Analyzes and tests manufactured and recycled Company products to ensure product quality and composition.

What You’ll Do: 

• Uses laboratory equipment to analyze, measure and test chemicals to ensure quality control of products. 
• Prepares specimens, slides and solutions.
• Performs calculations and routine tests.
• Prepares and translates Certificates of Analysis and Toxicological reports.
• Maintains accurate records.
• Stocks laboratory supplies.
• Cleans and maintains laboratory equipment.
• Adheres to company quality processes, as applicable.
• Assists to resolve product quality issues in an efficient and timely manner, as applicable.

What You’ll Need: 

• Experienced in laboratory procedures.
• Knowledge of laboratory protocols.
• Knowledge of cGMP requirements
• Experience in SAP preferred

Technical Proficiencies Include:

• Volumetric analysis (titration techniques)
• Operation and maintenance of pH meters
• Use of density meters for material characterization
• Viscometer operation for viscosity measurements
• Spectrophotometric analysis
• Karl Fischer titration for moisture determination
• Preparation and standardization of chemical solutions
• Calibration of laboratory instruments
• Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development and documentation
