Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Irvine, California. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to lead recruitment efforts and provide HR support within a dynamic and innovative environment. Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics using tools like Paycom and ATS systems.
- Collaborate with leadership to provide regular updates on hiring progress and metrics.
- Support onboarding activities, including orientation programs and new employee documentation.
- Assist with HR compliance tasks such as background checks and I-9 verification.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR data is updated in relevant systems.
- Partner with the HR team to drive employee engagement initiatives and communications.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures. Requirements - 3-5 years of relevant experience in recruiting, preferably within the medical device, life sciences, or healthcare industries.
- Proficiency in HR compliance processes and familiarity with systems like Paycom and ADP Workforce Now.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing candidates via job boards, networking, and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and the ability to generate reports for leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with candidates and internal teams.
