Eleos is on a mission to help deliver the world's most effective behavioral care through data, measurement, and personalization. Or simply put, we want to give clinicians the support they need to do the important work only they can do .

As the Chief of Staff to the CRO at Eleos, you will serve as a strategic partner and right-hand to the Chief Revenue Officer, driving alignment and execution across Go-To-Market teams. • Support strategic decision-making through data analysis, market insights, and clear, concise recommendations
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives and orchestrate key GTM-related projects end-to-end, coordinating teams and removing roadblocks
  • Identify organizational inefficiencies and proactively implement streamlined, scalable solutions to enhance GTM processes

Who You Are

  • Highly motivated and proactive, a doer who dives into new areas and learns quickly
  • Deeply analytical and data-driven, yet highly people-oriented and collaborative
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal), with the ability to confidently present and influence at all organizational levels
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and execution-focused, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • A proactive owner who consistently takes initiative, anticipates needs, and ensures follow-through to completion
  • Strong problem solver who leverages data and insights to drive strategic and operational improvements.

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management or strategic roles supporting GTM teams, working closely with the CRO and ideally reporting directly to them; post-MBA or top-tier consulting experience is a strong plus
  • Proven experience in driving cross-functional efforts in fast-paced, revenue-driven environments, working directly with C-level executives or senior leadership
  • Demonstrated analytical expertise in tracking, measuring, and optimizing GTM outcomes

This is a unique opportunity to join a startup that has a meaningful impact on thousands' well-being and mental health.
We have

  • A product that positively impacts people's lives every single day.
  • A team of amazing people with a shared vision and the infinite drive to make it happen
  • The base pay range for this position is $195,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on several factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
  • In addition to your compensation, we offer wide and generous health benefits, significant equity and 401(k) plans matched to 4%
  • Flexible PTO + Additional mental health days off you can take any given moment simply because you need them.
  • Fully remote work environment
  • Opportunity to build, grow, and become highly instrumental in shaping how technology can increase the effectiveness of therapy.
