Job Description

We're seeking a highly organized and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a senior executive. This role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, handling confidential information, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, calls, and events

• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, bookings, and expense tracking

• Act as liaison between the executive and internal/external contacts

• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  
   

  Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar support role

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
