As an Environmental Research Lab Analyst, you will support water quality innovation by performing analytical testing and research to advance SePRO’s environmental stewardship mission. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

What We’re Looking For:

• Associate’s Degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset

What You’ll Do as an Environmental Research Lab Analyst:

• Conduct analytical testing using HPLC, ICP, and Discrete Analyzer
• Perform wet chemistry techniques, including titrations and extractions
• Prepare reagents and samples for testing
• Record and manage data in LIMS following GLP standards
• Develop and validate new analytical methods
• Maintain inventory of reagents and manage laboratory waste
• Interpret data and prepare technical reports
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols
• Perform general lab housekeeping duties, including glassware washing
