Job Description

TEMP TO HIRE : Our client, a service company in San Francisco, is searching for an experienced dispatcher. Excellent communication skills, combined with a clear phone voice is necessary for this position. Prior scheduling and dispatching experience for a service company is a MUST . This position requires a high degree of organization, computer skills, attention to detail, customer service, a team player, having the energy to work in a fast-paced team environment, and able to embrace change. 

Schedule: 100% in office, Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5:30PM, temp-to-hire. 

- Dispatcher experience required.
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally in English (answering phones, email, and heavy data input.)
- Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer locations for service based on location, skill level of the technicians, and facility guidelines.
- Receive service requests from customers and coworkers. Enter information into the computer.
- Order necessary equipment for jobs.
- Debrief Techs at the end of day to ensure paperwork, pictures, and/or videos were completed and submitted.
- Provide administrative, informational, and customer service support to external customers, service technicians, and sales team
- Need to show proof of full Covid vaccination 

Pay: $30-34/hour DOE
