Feuer powertrain North America:

We are located in Robinsonville, MS, which is 20 minutes South of Memphis.

We are the US subsidiary of a German-based leading independent producer of crankshafts, "the heart of every engine."

In Europe, we produce crankshafts for Mercedes-Benz, BMW, VW, Audi, Renault, Jaguar, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini and many more.

In North America, we produce crankshafts for GM, Ford, Mercury and many more.

We are now expanding our plant to a new 2nd line.

We are hiring immediately.

Pay, Benefits, Working Conditions, Training, Advancement:

Benefits - We pay 85% of our employees' health, dental and vision insurances and 100% of life insurance and short-term disability. We have a 401k with a 5% match. We provide 5 weeks (200 hours) of PTO available after 90 days of employment.

Training - For employees willing to work hard and move up, we offer 7 levels of training and 7 pay levels for advancement.

Director of Administration

SUMMARY:

Under direction of the CEO, the Director of Administration provides strategic leadership and direction for administrative functions across the organization. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of key corporate services including Accounting, Purchasing, and Logistics through direct leadership of those respective teams. The Director of Administration plays a pivotal role in aligning administrative operations with overall business objectives, fostering a culture of compliance, and inspiring continuous improvement throughout the organization.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and develop leadership within Accounting, Purchasing, and Logistics including performance assessments, growth initiatives, and succession planning. Direct contribution to daily accounting and finance functions as needed to support operations.
  • Close collaboration with Finance and Accounting teams at German headquarters.
  • Oversee and directly contribute to budgeting and financial planning activities supporting operational sustainability, enhanced efficiency, and growth initiatives.
  • Optimize and develop financial toolset, integrating latest trends in technology such as AI to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Facilitate timely and effective financial audits to ensure regulatory compliance and effective communication of company performance to key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with legal advisors to manage liabilities and ensure adherence to all applicable regulations.
  • Proactively identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies in collaboration with executive leadership staff.
  • Sustain and guide administrative operations including property and facility planning, asset management, business insurance, and vendor contracts.
  • Oversee and develop purchasing policies including vendor selection, contract terms negotiation, and overall relationship management.
  • Drive compliance with company policies and ethical standards, leading by example and through direct oversight of functional teams.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Industrial Management
  • 7-10 years of experience in Accounting or Finance including 1-3 years in leadership role
  • Expert-level proficiency in SAP and MS Office – especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and engage executive stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational, reporting, and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability for patience and adherence to ethical principles in challenging situations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related subject
  • Board-licensed CPA
  • Familiarity with German GAAP
  • Experience with contract negotiation
  • A2-B1 level proficiency in German language

  • 5-10%
