We are seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist to join our private dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in dental procedures and patient care, demonstrating proficiency in various aspects of dentistry. This role will be a full-time position - and for the right candidate, the potential to one day possess ownership.

Duties:

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
• Execute a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to preventative, restorative and cosmetic.
• Utilize dental fabrication techniques to create custom prosthetics and appliances.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patient interactions and treatments.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient workflow within the office.
• Implement aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during procedures.
• Stay updated with advancements in dentistry, including medical imaging technologies and new treatment methodologies.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid PA state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Dedication to providing compassionate and personalized dental care.
