Job Description

At UTTR, our mantra "up & to the right" symbolizes growth and success for our clients and team. As a part-time Creative Strategist, you'll guide the creative concepting and test planning for a number of our clients, working alongside our art directors, copywriters, digital designers, Webflow developers, and our lead creative strategist. 

Responsibilities:
  • Uncover insights through market research and deep dives into client industries, crafting strategies that define a client’s positioning.
  • Develop creative testing plans in line with the business needs of our clients and the full marketing funnel we build for them.
  • Transform complex business ideas into clear, actionable strategic plans.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, finding new opportunities for growth.
  • Facilitate strategic workshops, ideation sessions, and client presentations
  • Collaborate effectively with teams and clients, ensuring alignment at every stage of the process.
  • Manage multiple projects with attention to detail, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and up to high standards.
  • Analyze campaign performance to continuously improve and optimize strategic concepts.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in creative strategy.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, technology trends, and creative tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and pitch concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to identify the right problem to solve.
  • Ownership mindset and the ability to take tasks from beginning to end (with guidance).
  • Business-minded and empathetic - able to put yourself in the client’s shoes, and that of their prospects.
  • Proven ability to translate abstract ideas into actionable strategies.
  • Extensive experience in managing B2B-focused creative projects.
  • In-depth understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and current digital and cultural trends.
  • Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
  • Specific experience in developing creative testing plans for performance marketing campaigns in a B2B setting (preferred)
