10 Roads Express is hiring experienced Class A CDL truck drivers to support our mission of delivering reliable, on-time service for customers across the country. Join a carrier that values predictability, safety, and driver respect.

Position Overview

Route: Scarborough, ME to Shrewsbury, MA
Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday through Sunday
Start Time: 1:50 AM / 11:50 PM
End Time: 10:30 AM / 9:30 AM
Trip Duration: 9.25 hours
Weekly Hours: 46.25
Home Time: Home daily

Hourly Pay

Total Range: $33.91–$38.91 per hour
Base Rate: $27.71/hour
Weekend Differential: +$5.00/hour (Friday to Sunday or holidays)
Benefit Pay: +$6.20/hour (up to 40 hours/week to offset health insurance premiums)
Paid for all drive and on-duty time

Requirements

Class A CDL
1 year tractor-trailer driving experience
No DUI in the last five years
