Title       Bookkeeper Entry Level City Kissimmee FL or surrounding area
Jr. Davis Construction Company / S&L Materials is seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic to fill the position of Bookkeeper Entry Level.  This individual will be responsible for Data entry.

COMPENSATION: Based on experience ($17-$21). Our OJT (On the Job Training) will allow you to move up in our company as your skill set expands.

Responsibilities:

 

• Receive and verify tickets from the field, input into SMS Turbo & Fast Weigh
• Log all daily hauling tickets to a spreadsheet
• Match material supplier invoices to tickets imported in the system
• Maintain data entry up to date for end of month billing
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have a safety-first attitude. Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures is required
• Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the public at all times.
• Open to learning new task related to bookkeeping with a positive attitude.  

Knowledge & Skills:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to listen, follow directions, and have a willingness to continue to enhance skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions
• Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects, use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue
• Requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination
• Frequently lifts and/or moves objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasionally objects weighing more than 50 pounds
