Job Description

Tommy & Atticus is owned and operated by the husband and wife team of Garrett McPerry and Lauren Rosen. We are a neighborhood bakery specializing in sourdough bread, handcrafted pastries and delicious coffee. Everything at our bakery is baked or made in house each morning. We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals who are excited to work in a fast paced team environment.

We are looking for a front of house team member who can assist with putting together customer orders as well as preparing coffee and tea beverages. Please note: We have a full coffee and espresso bar at our bakery. This is a part time position that will be scheduled approximately 20 - 32 hours a week with opportunities to work additional hours as needed with overall team availability. Applicants must be available to work weekends. 

Prior barista experience is a huge plus but is not a requirement for this position. We are looking for an outgoing individual who enjoys interacting with customers and is comfortable working in a high volume business. 

Additional background about Tommy and Atticus. Our bakery opened in July 2023, and we have quickly become a go to bakery and coffee shop for the surrounding South Bay community. We were named the best new bakery in The South Bay by Eater LA
