Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Intelligent Automation Specialist skilled in Power Automate, Azure, and Python, with a strong understanding of AI-driven automation and agentic frameworks. This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing intelligent automation solutions that combine RPA, AI, and cloud technologies to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and deliver tangible business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop).
• Develop Python scripts and APIs to extend automation, enable system integrations, and manage data pipelines.
• Integrate Power Automate with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, AI Services, App Insights) and enterprise platforms such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Teams.
• Apply Generative AI, LLMs, and Conversational AI to enhance automation with intelligent decision-making and user interaction.
• Use Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI Function Calling) to build dynamic, context-aware automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, define use cases, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation performance, ensuring scalability, compliance, and governance.

Required Skill & Qualification:

• 5 10 years of experience in RPA / Intelligent Automation, with strong hands-on expertise in Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop).
• Proficient in Python (automation scripting, API development using FastAPI or Flask).
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (Functions, App Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure AI Services).
• Practical understanding of Generative AI, Conversational AI, and LLM integration (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI Function Calling).
• Experience with data ingestion, retrieval, and workflow orchestration in enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of business process design, optimization, and ROI-focused automation delivery.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate / Azure Developer Associate.
• Experience with Applied AI, AWS / Google Cloud Platform services, or other RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
