Remote Contact Center Agent - Inbound Customer Service & Sales Support (Auto Insurance Industry)

Are you a great communicator with a passion for helping people? We're looking for Remote Contact Center Agents to join our team! In this role, you'll handle inbound calls from customers seeking auto insurance quotes. Your job is to gather important customer details and smoothly transfer them to one of our trusted sales partners for a quote.

What You'll Do:

Handle inbound calls from customers interested in auto insurance.
Collect and document customer information with accuracy.
Transfer calls to our sales partners while maintaining excellent service.
Answer basic auto insurance questions and address customer concerns.
Use effective rebuttals to overcome objections and guide the conversation.
Provide a positive customer experience in every interaction.
Offer additional products and services when required.

Job Details & Requirements:

Full-time, remote position (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM EST).
Starting pay: $16.00/hour.
Must have a high-speed internet connection (hardwired to a router).
Ability to start immediately.
Must uphold company policies, including attendance and professionalism.
Background check required as part of the hiring process.
